Hina Khan To Play A Visually Impaired Character In Her Upcoming Film
Hina Khan has announced her new Indo-Hollywood project which is based on the book, The Country Of The Blind by HG Wells. In the film, Hina will be seen in the lead role of a visually challenged girl.
Television actress Hina Khan surely is in no mood to come back to TV anytime soon. Yesterday we exclusively told you that the actress has denied to come back as Komolika in Ekta Kapoor’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 and now the makers have started auditioning other actresses to play the role. In fact few names like Karishma Tanna and Gauhar Khan have already been floating around. The two gorgeous women, we hear, have already undergone a look test for the part. And now we come to you with another scoop on Hina Khan's professional plans.
The actresses who was busy shooting for Vikram Bhatt's upcoming film has now also signed an Indo-Hollywood film. Hina's first film Lines was already showcased at the Cannes Film Festival this year and now when she is busy shooting Vikram Bhatt's next, comes an exciting new announcement. The actress reveals her Indo-Hollywood project which is based on the book, The Country Of The Blind by HG Wells. In the film, Hina will be seen in the lead role of a visually challenged girl. And it will be directed by Rahat Kazmi.
Talking to BT, Hina also disclosed her movie choices where she mentioned that most girls who want to become a film actress look for roles in commercial movies opposite a Bollywood actor. “But I think one should act in the film which has scope to perform and that's why I choose Lines as my first film and now The Country Of The Blind.”
